We review your submission

2. We review your submission.

A number of criteria will determine which organizations we choose to work with. These include your mission, current state of operations, budget, support base, and your project size and needs. Selected nonprofits will generally have an operating budget of $250K-$950K. However, we review every submission we receive.

Meet your design partner or firm

3. Meet your design partner or firm.

If we select your nonprofit, you’ll be paired with the design agency partner to best meet all of your needs. Both parties will agree to the mutually beneficial project proposal and enter into the traditional working relationship. The nonprofit will pay the 25% fee directly to the design agency. Design grants may be awarded to any selected nonprofits that can’t afford the 25% fee. Whatever needs or expenses arise, Orange Tree Project will always help negotiate the most favorable rates for you and your organization.

We work closely with you

4. We work closely with you.

With Orange Tree Project on your side, you’ll experience an efficient and coordinated team effort. Your design partner will manage the work process from beginning to end, and you can expect to be given the same care and attention that all paying clients receive.

Promote your design agency

5. Promote your design agency.

Your organization will leverage its relationships and resources to highlight the work done by your design partner and facilitated by Orange Tree Project. This can be done in a number of ways, such as exposure on your website and in social media, business-building/networking opportunities, listed as an event sponsor, highlights in e-mail blasts, newsletter stories, press materials, etc.

Tell us how your design agency did

6. Tell us how your design agency did.

Once your project is complete, we ask that you provide us with feedback and metrics to let us know how we did. Were you able to accomplish your goals? How did our work help?

We help promote your work

7. We help promote your work.

Orange Tree Project will post a summary of the design work done for you, including information about your organization and mission. We’ll share plenty of great photos and screen shots to show off our collaboration.

The end result is that many small non-profits that normally would not be able to fund typical design and marketing projects are able to get their word out in an effective and professional manner.

Our good cause is helping others accomplish their good cause.
